Tape Specifications
Sep 05, 2025
Tape specifications typically include parameters such as width, thickness, length, material, adhesive type, and temperature resistance. Taking industrial tape as an example, common specifications are as follows:
Width: Customizable (common standard widths include 12mm, 18mm, and 24mm), depending on the application.
Thickness: Typically 0.03mm-0.2mm, for example, 0.06mm polyester film tape.
Length: Customizable (common lengths are 50m/roll or 100m/roll).
Material: Polyester film (PET), PVC, cloth, etc. Different materials affect temperature resistance and strength.
Adhesive type: Acrylic, rubber, etc., which determines adhesion and weather resistance.
Temperature resistance: Ordinary tapes have a temperature resistance of approximately 60-80°C, while high-temperature tapes can reach temperatures above 130°C.
Applications: Suitable for applications such as electronic component mounting, LED packaging, and transformer insulation, requiring a tape with suitable adhesion and chemical resistance.
